  • Handling of claims by trained, professional, Australian based Evatech staff members
  • The highest possible handling priority to minimize turnaround times
  • All labour, services and claim processing provided free of charge on any valid warranty claim

EVATECH Standard Prebuilt PC Warranty

Guaranteed repair and replacement of any hardware component that fails within the PC during the component manufacturers warranty term (See below ^)

Remote (phone / email) troubleshooting assistance to help customers determine the likely nature of any fault they may encounter.

All labour involved in handling such repair / replacement in the event of a hardware as well as one way return delivery.

^ Unless otherwise publicly stated by the manufacturer on their official product page or product documentation OR otherwise stated on our (EVATECH) product page at the time of purchase, per component warranty lengths shall be considered as;

Key Components

  • Power Supply, RAM, NVMe SSD: 5 Years
  • GPU, CPU, Motherboard: 3 Years
  • SATA SSD, CPU Cooler, Fans, Chassis: 3 Years

Exceptions

  • Mechanical Hard Drive: 2-3 Years Depending on Model (Rarely offered / Phasing Out)
  • RGB Lighting Peripherals & Accessories : 12 Months

FAQs

Is this warranty transferrable if I pass on this PC to someone else?
Yes. Warranty is provided to the bearer of the covered PC, not just the original purchaser.

Can I add / change / remove hardware without effecting my warranty?
Yes, but there are some implications that can complicate the warranty handling and servicing process. We may ask you to revert changes and remove any non-original components and re-testing before returning a PC for warranty handling.

Is physical damage covered? 
No, physical damage will void the manufacturers warranty and in turn our ability to service it on your behalf.
